This is a fantastic on-going temporary vacancy for candidates who are fluent in English, French and German who have previously worked in customer service.
 

The role will involve handling incoming calls from clients, dealing with issues such as delivers and complaints as well as processing orders. The role will also involve writing emails and letters in French and German so all candidates must be fluent in verbal and written French and German with excellent grammar.

The role has excellent links to transport based in Reading with an excellent working environment.

Candidates applying must be fluent in all 3 languages and ideally have a customer service background however, this is not essential but a professional and friendly telephone manner is paramount. The role is to start next week so candidates must be available immediately or as soon as possible.
