Lettings negotiator required for a well known agent based in Weybridge.

On a daily basis you will do the following duties:

• Perform viewings
• Negotiate deals
• Meet pre-agreed targets
• Effectively handle enquiries
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
• Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets & market appraisals
• Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
• Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords and tenants

Ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard or equivalent. Candidates must have 2 years experience working in a lettings agents.

You will be a bright and energetic individual who works well within a team and has a good understanding of general administration and IT as well as having an excellent telephone manner. You must also have your own car.
