To provide an accurate and professional service to our clients and candidates, our registration process is thorough and extensive.
Our Core Business is within the commercial sector and our database contains commercial candidates who fulfil the requirements of the local employment market. We interview and assess our candidates as follows:
Candidates spend about one hour with their consultant who will investigate:
Education Career History (including reasons for leaving) Duties and Responsibilities Likes and Dislikes Career Aspirations Skills and Abilities Strengths and Weaknesses Salary Expectations Geographical Flexibility We also undertake all relevant checks to adhere to current employment legislation 
Candidate details are recorded directly onto Voyager recruitment software. This ensures safety and accuracy and enhances the speed and quality of service to both the candidate and our clients.
Temporary candidates are referenced for the last two years or three jobs, whichever is greater.
We then assess appropriate skills on QWIZ, the recruitment industry’s most popular skill assessment package. QWIZ enables us to accurately assess and enhance skills such as:
Typing and Data Entry Speeds Business letter composition Word-processing Spreadsheet and Presentation packages Bespoke assessments to suit individual clients 
At this point, our consultants have gained a thorough understanding of the candidate’s abilities and aspirations.
Only then will a candidate be matched to our current list of vacancies.
