Leafleting: We regularly leaflet our local areas with a current selection of temporary and permanent vacancies. By rotating between busy local railway stations in rush hour and town centres during lunchtimes, we maximise the catchment of commercial job seekers.
Internet Presence: We supplement our Internet presence by advertising our vacancies on major, high profile Job sites.
Local Press: A regular presence in the local press ensures added exposure to local candidates. All our recruitment advertisements are 'display' advertisements, designed by our marketing department to reinforce our quality brand and attract a high calibre of candidate.
Charity Events: We sponsor and run high-profile charity events and usually raise an average of £5,000 for good causes throughout the year.
Local Links: We work closely with local colleges and employment services to ensure we have access to the broadest possible candidate base.
Recruitment Fairs: We maintain a high profile presence at most local recruitment fairs.
